Acknowledgements: All orders are acknowledged in writing. Please review the acknowledgement carefully and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies from your original instructions. Order status may be viewed online at PinLine.com along with tracking numbers.
Artwork: Vector artwork required for most products. Please down-save art to Illustrator Version CS5 or earlier and convert all fonts to outlines. CMYK 300dpi and up acceptable for photo and offset processes. Paper proofs supplied at no charge. Virtual samples available for most products at no charge. First virtual and 1 revision free. Vector artwork created from $45(g) depending upon complexity.
Change, Cancellation or Returns: Most orders are started the same day received and cancellation will incur the charges for work to that point. Returns must be authorized and must be received within 30 days of original shipping date.
Die Service Charges: All tools shall remain the property of PinLine for your exclusive use. We reserve the right to dispose of any dies, tools or screens without notice if a period of two years has elapsed without a reorder, or if we have not been notified to hold them for a longer period.
Minimum Quantities: Quotations on less than minimum quantities (if available) will be given on request. Minimum order $100(a).
Overruns: We make every effort to ship exact quantities. However since items are custom manufactured all orders are subject to a 10% overrun or under-run and will be billed accordingly. Exact quantities may be guaranteed for an 8% surcharge and must be specified on your purchase order.
Pre-production Samples: Tooling service charge plus $80 (g). Lead proof, if available, no charge.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are accepted. We will work with you to meet even the tightest dates.
Shipping: All merchandise is shipped FOB East Coast UPS unless specified. Split shipment charge $3.00(z) each. Third party billing is accepted without any additional charges – except for FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground shipments are subject to a $5(x) per box fee. We will not be held liable for delays in shipments beyond our control.
Trademarks: PinLine by Wehr assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
Logos, designs and trademarks shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and are not for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owners.
We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of the order.

PinLine, complies with California Prop 65 regulations through the use of clear and reasonable warnings. While it is not practical for PinLine to test each order for every chemical on the Prop 65 list, we do apply a Prop 65 warning label to master bags and/or shipping cartons for all orders shipping to California from our facility. The master bag or shipping carton is the immediate container for our products. If your order is intended to be distributed in California you must notify us in writing on your purchase order. This service is provided at no additional cost.
